The need for a fresh new approach to product development
The cost to develop new products and the risk of launch failure is increasing. Consumer-led design is one approach that provides new consumer insights and innovations, generates new product loyalty and interest, and develops co-created products; while reducing the risk of product failure.
The Scandinavian Perspective
The Nordic nations have a heritage of designing functional, simple yet effective packs and products, designed around the end user and a culture of co-operation and democracy. This has led to Scandinavia being a leading practitioner in consumer-led design and innovation and the development of this highly beneficial approach.
